Understanding your audience is paramount to the success of a website, and Unison Kerby needed a website that could be easily navigated by your Grandma or Grandpa. We got to work reorganizing the user experience to cater to the most common activities, while making paths to everything else easy and obvious. We then helped incorporate a simple CRM in the backend to help the team at Unison Kerby better engage with their growing number of members, volunteers, and stakeholder.
